Rooted in jesus

“God told me to tell you, your roots are growing deeper,” my husband told me last year. What a blessing to hear my pursuit of Jesus was headed in the right direction.  

I use to race through life by seeking thrills, eating, drinking, going to work and looking forward to the week-ends. My goal was to be happy. The only thing was, I knew in my soul, there was more to life and I wasn’t on the right road.   

How to find the right direction? I decided to Change Course (see Memoire site navigation tab). I took many paths, got into many ditches, had many false starts, and then finally I knew I had found the right direction. The living word, Jesus, the rich soil for my soul. I began to grow my roots deep down into Jesus.  

What is this book? It is the pouring out of my thoughts, feelings, and discoveries as I journeyed to know my creator on an intimate level. I have been on a “seek and find” mission ever since I was “born again” and my spirit was renewed. God has been gracious and loving in providing answers to my prayers and pleas for understanding as I grow my roots deeper and deeper into Jesus. 

I pray my discoveries found in this book will shed light on your path as you move forward into joy, peace, love and fulfilling your purpose. I have not fully arrived, but at least I have left, have some road behind me as well as a path before me. Join me as we navigate together on this journey called life and eternity. 

No matter what you need to work on; relationships, goals, career, mindset, or something else – God in your life is the best investment in yourself. 

Leaning into God and all that He has for you - challenging you to become your best version, the Holy Spirit pointing out things you can’t see with your current lens, loving and encouraging you.
